Cycle Coach School Training Service Agreement
This Service Agreement is entered into upon enrolment in the online training program Cycle Coach, facilitated by Claire Baker, trading as Cycle Coach School. Cycle Coach is designed to initiate, educate, and empower you to integrate menstrual cycle awareness (MCA) into your work as a facilitator. It is both a personal and professional journey with the intention of remembering and honouring the cyclic nature of all humans, but most specifically, women and all those who menstruate.
By enrolling, you (herein referred to as ‘Client’) agree to the following terms. Claire Baker, trading as Cycle Coach School (also referred to in this agreement as ‘Company’), agrees to provide the following services to the Client:
Video training lessons on the modality delivered in the course portal, divided into four modules
Cycle Coach workbook with reflection exercises for each lesson and module
Guest teacher lessons and conversations
Templates, tools, questionnaires, charts, practices, and meditations for the Client to use personally and professionally
Extra readings, resources, and recommendations for further research
A private Telegram study group for connection and discussion for the duration of the program
The optional assessment and certification route will provide the Client with:
Certification as a Cycle Coach, endorsed by Cycle Coach School
A feature in the Cycle Coach School online directory and Instagram account
The option to pursue professional membership and insurance with the International Institute of Complementary Therapists (IICT) and the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM)
Terms of Purchase
This Agreement is entered into on this date between the Client and Cycle Coach School. The Client agrees to abide by all policies and procedures as outlined in this Agreement as a condition of participation in the Program. Cycle Coach School agrees to provide the services described above for Cycle Coach.
Disclaimer & Personal Responsibility
The Client acknowledges that neither Cycle Coach School, Claire Baker, nor any affiliates, employees, agents, or third parties make any warranty as to the results or growth that may be obtained from this program.
The Client agrees that results are dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, commitment, dedication, time availability, life circumstances, wellbeing, and openness, and are not solely dependent on any information provided by the Company.
The Client takes full responsibility for their own growth and acknowledges that maximum value is gained by completing lessons and reflections, engaging with practices, staying connected to their own Menstruality, and asking for support when needed.
The Company is committed to delivering the highest quality experience possible, but does not warrant that the training will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor guarantee the timeliness, accuracy, reliability, completeness, or content of any information or service provided.
The Client acknowledges that Cycle Coach explores sensitive topics such as menarche, trauma, health, and female oppression. The Client agrees to maintain appropriate support systems and to seek professional mental health support if needed during the training.
The Client understands that Claire Baker and Cycle Coach School are not psychologists, psychotherapists, or medical professionals and should not be treated as such. The program may offer therapeutic benefits but is not a substitute for therapy or medical treatment.
The Cycle Coach modality does not include working directly with trauma, which is considered beyond the scope of practice for Menstrual Cycle Coaching. Discussions around emotional wellbeing within a coaching context remain within a non-clinical, supportive framework. Clients are advised to refer their own clients to a qualified healthcare or mental health professional where trauma or complex psychological concerns are identified.
Payment Terms
The total Self-Study price of Cycle Coach: Self-Study (curriculum only) is $1,500 USD. The Certification Pathway is an additional $500 USD.
The Client agrees to pay the full amount either upfront or via a payment plan:
$275 USD per month over 6 months (Self-Study only), or
$355 USD per month over 6 months (with Certification Pathway).
If a payment plan is chosen, monthly payments must be completed on time. If a payment defaults without communication, the Company may temporarily suspend access to online materials, resources, and groups until payments are up to date. An administration fee of $50 USD may apply if a payment defaults three times and requires manual follow-up.
All prices are in USD, and all payments are non-refundable.
Refund Policy and Financial Obligation
By enrolling in Cycle Coach, the Client commits to fulfilling the financial obligations for participation. There are no refunds for this training.
Confidentiality
This is a mutual non-disclosure agreement. Within Cycle Coach, sensitive and private details may be shared. Claire Baker and Cycle Coach School will not, at any time, directly or indirectly use or disclose personal information for their own benefit or to any third party.
The Client also agrees to maintain confidentiality and not share any private information disclosed during the program without explicit permission. This includes but is not limited to information shared in group calls, listening partnerships, peer supervision, or the Telegram group. Participants agree not to share photos, names, or identifiable details from the group without explicit permission.
Certification Criteria
The Client acknowledges that certification is optional and not automatic upon enrolment. Certification is awarded upon successful completion of the assessment process and all requirements. There is no fixed deadline for submission.
Certification criteria include:
Fees fully paid
Every core lesson in the Cycle Coach training completed
Acceptance and signature of this training agreement
Acceptance and signature of the Cycle Coach Code of Conduct
Confirmation or submission of completed workbook and reflection exercises
Successful completion of the theory assessment
Participation in a listening partnership – minimum six sessions
Participation in a 1:1 supervision call
Alignment with the Cycle Coach modality and agreement to be publicly recognised as a graduate of the program
Once certified, you will be eligible to apply for global recognition through IICT or IPHM as a Menstrual Cycle Coach for professional membership and insurance purposes. The Client will receive a certificate endorsed by Cycle Coach School. Certification criteria are subject to change, and Cycle Coach School reserves the right to amend requirements when deemed necessary.
Intellectual Property
All Cycle Coach materials have been developed by Claire Baker and Cycle Coach School and are proprietary and copyrighted. The lineage of Menstruality work is explicitly referenced throughout the training.
The Client agrees to reference any original materials developed solely by Claire Baker and unique to Cycle Coach School. The Client may share and reference practices, resources, and frameworks from the training but may not reproduce, sell, or distribute the Cycle Coach training or materials.
All intellectual property remains the exclusive property of Claire Baker and Cycle Coach School. Any violation of these terms may result in removal from the program and potential legal action.
Liability
The Client acknowledges participation in Cycle Coach at their own risk and releases Claire Baker, Cycle Coach School, employees, participants, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or losses arising from participation.
The Company will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation or misuse of services provided.
Termination
Claire Baker is committed to providing all Clients with a positive experience. The Company reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate participation without refund if a Client becomes disruptive, disrespectful, or otherwise difficult to work with. The Client will remain liable for all agreed payments.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or representations. It may not be modified except in writing and signed by both parties.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect. Failure of either party to enforce any right shall not be considered a waiver of that right.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
By enrolling in this program, I acknowledge that I have carefully read and agreed to the terms above.
